摘要
为研究万寿菊色素在纯棉针织面料染整中的应用,用石油醚与与乙醇(3∶2)混合溶液作为提取溶剂,料液比、提取温度及提取时间作为因子设计正交试验,优化提取工艺,并应用于棉针织物染整工艺。测试了染色织物的抗氧化、防紫外线及抗菌性能。结果表明,万寿菊色素最优提取工艺为料液比1∶5,40℃提取60 min;纯棉针织面料直接上染万寿菊色素的染色效果相对较差,采用硫酸铝钾、硫酸亚铁和硫酸铜分别对面料预媒染色可明显提升染色效果,且抗氧化、防紫外及杀菌效果明显,尤其是选用硫酸铝钾作为媒染剂,纯棉针织面料上染万寿菊色素所获得的染色及功能性效果最好。
In order to study the application of marigold pigment in the design of cotton knitted fabric,the petroleum ether/ethanol(3∶2)mixture solution was used as the extraction solvent,and the solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time were used as factors to design the orthogonal test.The extraction process was optimized and applied to the dyeing and finishing process of cotton knitted fabrics and the anti-oxidation,anti-ultraviolet and antibacterial properties of the dyed fabrics were tested.The results show that the optimial extraction process of marigold pigment as follow:solid-liquid ratio of 1∶5 for 60 minutes extraction at 40℃.The dyeing effect of marigold pigment on pure cotton fabric is poor,and the pre-dyeing effect can be significantly improved by using aluminum potassium sulfate,ferrous sulfate and copper sulfate respectively,and the effect of oxidation resistance,UV resistance and sterilization is obvious.In particular,when the aluminum potassium sulfate was selected as mordant,the pure cotton fabric dyed by marigdd pigment can obtain the best dyeing and functionality effect.
