摘要
为探究聚丙烯纤维对传统机织物导湿快干性能的影响,设计4种含有聚丙烯纤维的机织物,分别对上述织物进行吸水率、水分蒸发速率、横纵向芯吸高度、垂直布面透水性能、透湿量等性能测试,并与含有导湿快干功能性涤纶纤维(Coolmax)的相应组织进行对比。结果表明:增添有聚丙烯纤维的织物对水汽、液态水的传导性能明显增加,而吸湿、散湿性能有减弱的趋势。此外,当聚丙烯纤维使用较为密集时,反而会影响织物整体的导湿性能。
To investigate the influence of polypropylene fiber on moisture transfer and quick drying properties of traditional woven fabrics,4 kinds of woven fabrics containing polypropylene fiber were designed,and their properties were tested,including water absorption,water evaporation rate,transverse and longitudinal wicking height,vertical water permeability and moisture permeability.Besides,they were compared with the corresponding weave containing polyester fibers iwith moisture transfer and quick drying functions(Coolmax).The results show that adding the fabric containing polypropylene fiber could significantly increase the transfer property for water vapour and liquid water,while the moisture absorption and moisture dissipation properties show a declining trend.Besides,when polypropylene fibers are densely used,moisture transfer property of fabrics will be affected.
