摘要
模型试验是研究砂土类相关工程问题的必要研究手段,然而试验过程中可视化窗口的边界条件对结果的影响不容忽视。调研选取6种高硬度透明材料,开展其与ISO标准砂在5种不同法向应力下的接触剪切试验,获得每种透明材料与砂土接触面的剪应力切向位移关系以及剪切破坏强度。通过分析接触面力学特性,为平面应变试验仪器可视窗的选材提供参考。同时,通过理论研究对适合两者接触面的双曲线本构模型进行了拟合,本构模型与试验数据拟合情况较好,验证了本构模型选取的正确性,能够在砂土的受荷破坏模型数值试验的中考虑可视窗的边界条件提供接触本构。
The model test is a necessary research method to study the mechanical properties of sand.However,the influence of the boundary conditions of the visualization window on the results during the test can not be ignored.Six kinds of high-hardness transparent materials were selected,and the contact shear tests with ISO standard sand under five different normal stresses were carried out,and the relationship between the shear stress-tangential displacement of each material and the sand contact surface and the shear failure strength was obtained.By analyzing the mechanical properties of the contact surface,it provides a reference for the selection of the window of the plane strain test instrument,and provides the contact constitutive structure for the numerical simulation of the numerical simulation test of the sand load damage model considering the visual boundary conditions.Meanwhile,the hyperbolic constitutive model suitable for the two contact surfaces was modified by theoretical research.The constitutive model is highly consistent with the actual experimental data,and the correctness of the constitutive model selection is verified.
