某全铝城市客车顶盖与侧围连接结构比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对某全铝城市客车,在保持车身其他结构部分不变的情况下,分别采用铆接结构、螺接结构、螺铆结构等连接方式将顶盖与侧围连接,从性能测试、轻量化效果、安装工艺等方面对不同设计方案进行了比较。结果表明,三种结构设计方案均满足车身刚度、强度要求。其中螺铆结构实现轻量化效果更为明显,且能简化安装工艺,提高生产效率。因此,可以认为螺铆结构在全铝客车车身设计以及轻量化研究上有一定的发展前景。 For an aluminum city bus,retaining rest of the bus body unchanged,roof and side wall are connected by means of riveting,bolting,and screw riveting methods.Different design schemes are compared by performance test,lightweight effect and installation process.The results show that the three schemes fully satisfy requirement of body stiffness and entire structure strength.Among the three schemes,the one which contains both rivet and bolt connection provides a better performance on lightweight extent,and in the meanwhile,this scheme also contributes to simplification of installation process and improvement of production efficiency.To sum up,the connection method of the combination of rivet and bolt provides a certain effect in the lightweight research and also certifies its successful application in the design of aluminum bus.
