摘要
将设备定频正弦加随机振动谱线等效转化成有限元分析软件可接收的边界条件,以有限元模态分析结果为基础,完成设备的等效随机振动分析,得到设备在振动环境下的位移和应力响应,利用安全系数法对设备结构强度进行校核。利用该方法进行设备振动仿真分析,分析结果表明,该设备强度满足使用要求最后通过试验,验证了该振动谱线等效转化方法的正确性。
Based on the finite element modal analysis results,the equivalent random vibration analysis of equipment is completed by transforming the constant frequency sine plus random vibration spectrum into the acceptable boundary conditions of finite element analysis software.The displacement and stress response of the equivalent in the vibration environment is obtained.The vibration simulation analysis is carried out by using this method,and the analysis results show that the strength of the equipment meets the requirements of operation.And the correctness of the equivalent transformation method is verified by experiments.
