摘要
目的探讨慕课联合护生标准化病人教学法在基础护理技术课程中应用效果。方法选取本校2018级护理专业9班为对照组,采用传统的面授和实训操作教学法;2018级10班为实验组,采用慕课联合护生标准化病人教学法。结果在客观化结构化临床考试(OSCE)技能考核、自主学习能力和人文关怀等方面,实验组的成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慕课联合标准化病人教学法在基础护理技术课程中有利于提高护生考核成绩、自主学习能力和培养人文关怀能力。
Objective To explore the effect of applying MOOC combined with standardized patient teaching method in basic nursing technology courses.Methods Class nine of nursing specialty of grade 2018 were selected as the control group,and the traditional teaching methods of face-to-face teaching and demonstration of mutual operation were adopted.Classten of grade 2018 were selected as the experimental group,and the standardized patient teaching method combined with MOOC was adopted.Results The results of the experimental group including objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)skills assessment,independent learning ability,and humanistic concern were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Application of MOOC combined with standardized patient teaching method in basic nursing technology course is conducive to improving students’examination results,autonomous learning ability and humanistic care ability.
