不同土壤改良材料对河西走廊土壤磷素有效性和形态转化的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Modified Materials on Phosphorus Availability and Its Transformation in Hexi Corridor Area

摘要 以河西走廊盐渍土为研究对象,在土壤中加入等量磷(KH2PO4)的情况下,采用不同用量的硫磺(S)、生物菌肥(B)、有机肥(M)和小麦秸秆(WS)等土壤改良材料进行室内培养,以期分析不同改良材料对土壤速效磷以及磷素形态的影响。结果表明:各处理土壤Olsen P含量在培养前期(0~20 d)迅速下降并于30 d开始趋于稳定;经过210 d培养,硫磺、生物菌肥、有机肥和小麦秸秆处理的土壤Olsen P含量较对照分别增加了3.55%、3.74%、4.63%和5.09%。随着培养时间的增加,Ca2-P、Al-P和Ca10-P形态的磷量减少,Ca8-P、Fe-P和O-P形态的磷量增加。添加硫磺的土壤Ca8-P和Fe-P与对照差异在前150 d不显著,210 d时Ca8-P和Fe-P较对照分别增加了5.15%和7.00%;添加有机肥的土壤Ca2-P在30 d后与对照差异显著,至210 d时较对照增加了23.75%;添加有机肥的Al-P含量较对照仅在210 d时显著增加了12.82%;培养结束时,秸秆处理Ca8-P和Fe-P较对照分别增加了7.40%和13.72%,Ca10-P和O-P含量较对照分别降低了16.25%和46.86%。以培养结束时各组分磷的变化情况来看,供试土壤中速效磷主要以Ca8-P积累。不同土壤改良材料配合磷肥施用于土壤能够减弱土壤对磷素的固定作用,提升土壤潜在供磷能力。同时考虑到河西走廊地区秸秆利用率低、还田率低等问题,在该试验条件下综合比较发现秸秆的效果相对较好。 The purpose of this study was to study the effects of different soil modified materials on soil phosphorus(P) availability and transformation.Salinized soil in Hexi corridor was used as the test material.In the case of adding the same amount of fertilizer as(KH2PO4) in the soil,the incubation experiments indoor were conducted using different amounts of sulfur,biological fertilizer,organic fertilizer and wheat straw.The results showed that the content of Olsen P in each treatment decreased rapidly in the early stage(0-20 days) and started to stabilize around 30 days.After 210 days of incubation,the content of Olsen P in soil treated with sulfur,biological fertilizer,organic fertilizer and wheat straw increased by 3.55%,3.74%,4.63% and 5.09%,respectively,compared with the control.With the increase of incubation time,the amount of Ca2-P,Al-P and Ca10-P decreased,while Ca8-P,Fe-P and O-P increased.The difference between Ca8-P,Fe-P in soil with sulfur and control was not significant in the first 150 days.At 210 days,Ca8-P and Fe-P increased by 5.15% and 7.00%,respectively,compared with the control.After 30 days,soil Ca2-P added with organic fertilizer was significantly different from the control,with an increase of 23.75%;Al-P added with organic fertilizer was significant increased by 12.82% at 210 days.At the end of incubation,Ca8-P and Fe-P treated with straw increased by 7.40% and 13.72%,respectively,and Ca10-P and O-P content decreased by 16.25% and 46.86%,respectively,compared with the control.According to the change of P in each component at the end of incubation,the available P in the tested soil was mainly accumulated in the form of Ca8-P.The application of different soil modified materials and phosphate fertilizer in soil could weaken the fixation of P and improve the potential P supply capacity of soil.At the same time,the utilization rate and the return rate of straw was low in Hexi corridor.Under the experimental conditions,the effect of straw was relatively better than other treatments.
