摘要
文章以客户对复合材料航空制件生产企业二方审核发现的问题为研究对象,找出不符合项产生的原因,并提出解决方法,从而实现质量管理的改进和提升。旨在从顾客的角度找出典型问题,不断进行质量改进,增强产品的可靠性。
This article looked into problems in second-party audits of quality management in aviation composites manufacturing,found the causes of non-conformances,generalized specific problems to potential problems in the quality management system,and proposed ways ofimprovement.It aimed to find common problems from the customer’s perspective to continuously improve the quality and reliability of the product.
