水稻三种化控剂复配及壮秧机理研究 被引量:3

摘要 水稻化控剂对水稻旱育秧苗生长具有重要调控作用。将烯效唑、复硝酚钠和α-萘乙酸钠3种化控剂按不同比例复配后混拌于育秧苗床土壤中,采用随机区组试验设计,测定水稻秧苗素质和抗逆酶活性、土壤酶活性和养分含量。结果表明,当烯效唑、α-萘乙酸钠和复硝酚钠土壤中有效剂量分别为3.125、11.58和11.58 mg a.i.·kg^-1时,4叶期水稻株高降低7.04%,水稻茎基部宽度及百株根干重分别增加94.89%和79.47%,水稻叶片超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性分别增加20.98%和57.45%,丙二醛含量则降低16.37%。土壤磷酸酶、脲酶及过氧化氢酶活性分别增加42.11%、31.45%和10.73%。土壤碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量则分别降低25.78%、28.55%和21.82%,水稻秧苗素质显著提高。3种化控药剂以1:3.7:3.7比例复配处理土壤可有效提高秧苗素质和抗逆酶活性,且土壤酶活性和土壤养分利用率提高,对培育水稻壮苗具有重要作用。研究水稻化控剂与水稻生长发育关系,评价化控剂对水稻生理指标和土壤理化性状的影响,可为我国北方水稻旱育稀植技术中秧苗生长调控提供理论依据。 Rice chemical regulator has important regulatory effects on the growth of rice seedling.In this experiment,three kinds of chemical regulators,including uniconazole,sodiumα-naphthylacetate and sodium nitrophenolate,were mixed proportionally in the nursery seedbed soil.The seedling quality,anti-stress enzyme activity,soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient content of rice were determined by the randomized block experiment design.The results showed that at the 4-leaf stage the plant height of rice decreased significantly by 7.04%,the width of the stem base and the dry weight of 100 roots increased significantly by 94.89%and 79.47%,respectively.The activities of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase in rice leaves increased significantly by 20.98%and 57.45%,and the content of malondialdehyde decreased significantly by 16.37%.Soil phosphatase,soil urease and soil catalase increased significantly by 42.11%,31.45%and 10.73%,respectively.The contents of alkali nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in soil were significantly reduced by 25.78%,28.55%and 21.82%,when the effective doses of uniconazole,α-naphthaleneacetic acid and sodium nitrophenolate in soil were 3.125,11.58 and 11.58 mg a.i.·kg^-1 respectively.The quality of rice seedling was significantly improved.The combination of three chemical regulators in the ratio of 1:3.7:3.7 for soil treatment can effectively improve the seedling quality and anti-reverse enzyme activity,and the soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient utilization are increased,which plays an important role in the cultivation of strong seedling of rice.Study on relationship between rice chemical regulator and rice growth and development,and to evaluate the effects of chemical regulator on physiological indexes and soil physical and chemical properties of rice,can provide a theoretical basis for the regulation of seedling growth in the dry cultivation and thinning technology of rice in northern China.
