摘要
为了更好地诊断双馈风力发电机转子绕组匝间短路程度,将改进熵权理论和灰色关联理论相结合,得出更好的诊断方法。该方法以发电机定子绕组中A相电流的基频幅值,定子绕组A相电流(1-2s)f谐波幅值,转子绕组U相电压幅值,电磁转矩的直流分量,电磁转矩的2sf谐波幅值为研究对象,以0、4%、8%、12%、16%为故障域,构建故障识别框架来诊断发电机转子绕组短路程度,并用Ansys Maxwell软件仿真验证。结合后的方法能使短路程度得到准确诊断,给现场检修员提供了指导性建议。
In order to better diagnose the degree of the interturn short circuit in the rotor winding of the doubly-fed wind turbine,this paper combines the improved entropy weight theory with the grey correlation theory to build a fault diagnosis model.The present method takes the fundamental frequency amplitude and the harmonic amplitude(1-2s)f of the A phase current in the generator stator winding,the rotor winding U phase voltage amplitude,the DC component and the 2sf harmonic amplitude of the electromagnetic torque as the research objects.With 0,4%,8%,12%,and 16%as the fault domains,a fault identification framework is constructed to diagnose the short circuit degree of the generator rotor winding and verified by the Ansys Maxwell software simulation.The combined method can diagnose the degree of interturn short circuit more accurately,and provide the guidance suggestion to the on-site repairman who can service more conveniently.
