摘要
采用原子荧光光谱法分析测定了松花江(吉林段)水体及水生生物中的汞的含量,并分析了其水体和水生生物中汞的污染现状以及汞的含量分布状况,进一步采用单项污染指数法评价其生态风险。结果表明松花江(吉林段)8个采样点的水体中汞含量的平均值为0.016μg/L,均低于《地表水环境质量标准》第Ⅱ类标准中规定的数值0.05μg/L,表明其水体的汞污染不明显;与中国的《农产品安全质量无公害水产品安全要求》规定相比,水生生物样品(河蚌和鲫鱼)的汞含量均低于规定的300μg/kg。
In this study,mercury contents in water and aquatic organisms in Jilin section of Songhua River were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Pollution status and spatial distribution of mercury in the water and aquatic organisms at the Songhua River were analyzed in this paper.Single Pollution Index was used to assess ecological risks of mercury.The results showed that in eight sampling spots,the average content of mercury in water was 0.016μg/L.The mercury concentrations in aqueous phase were lower than the secondary-level standard of the National Surface Water Environment Quality Standard(≤0.05μg/L).Mercury contents in aquatic organisms(river mussels and crucian carp)were all lower than the criteria for Agricultural Product-Safety Standards for Non-Pollution Aquatic Products of China(≤300μg/kg).
