冷热电三联供与分布式光伏联合优化及理想模糊决策方法 被引量:2

摘要 冷热电三联供(combined cooling,heating and power,CCHP)系统具有以热定电、以冷定电和冷热电联产等多种运行模式,但在多类型用户能源需求条件下较难实现冷热电三联供的最佳整体能效。为此,综合考虑用户满意度和新能源消纳能力,提出一种冷热电三联供与分布式光伏联合优化及理想模糊决策方法。首先,分析光伏发电(photovltaic,PV)的出力特性,构建冷热电三联供与分布式光伏联合优化模型;其次,提出用户满意度和新能源消纳能力的性能优化评价指标,并使用基于小生境的混合二进制粒子群优化算法,对冷热电三联供与分布式光伏联合优化模型进行解算,用理想模糊决策方法对优化指标进行评估,使区域能源在最大限度保持经济性的条件下,既能让一次能源的使用率降低又能提高系统的整体效益;最后,通过案例对所提方案进行验证,结果可为区域能源综合利用的改造升级提供借鉴。 The CCHP has many operating modes,such as ordering power by heat,ordering power by cold,and combined generation of cold,heat and electricity,but it is difficult to achieve the best overall energy efficiency under the energy demand of different users.Considering user satisfaction and new energy consumption capacity,an ideal fuzzy decision method for the optimization of CCHP and distributed PV was proposed.Firstly,the output characteristics of solar photovoltaic power generation were analyzed,and an combined optimization model of CCHP and distributed PV was presented.Secondly,the performance optimization evaluation indexes of user satisfaction and new energy consumption capacity were proposed.In addition,the optimization model was solved by hybrid binary particle swarm optimization algorithm based on niches,and the optimal index in the scheme was evaluated by using the ideal fuzzy decision method.On the premise of maintaining economy as far as possible,regional energy Internet could reduce the utilization rate of primary energy and improve the overall efficiency of the system.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed scheme was verified by the case,which provided a reference for the upgrade and reconstruction of regional energy comprehensive utilization.
