摘要
涤纶织物是一种应用最为广泛的纺织品,研究涤纶织物的清洁染色技术具有非常重要的环保意义。本实验制备了一种新型分散染料大分子分散剂,在该分散剂的作用下,分散染料被研磨到纳米级别而不会产生团聚,在一定配比其他染整助剂的共同作用下,可以通过一浸一轧的方式完成涤纶在常温常压下的染色,无需水洗即可达到较高的色牢度和颜色的均匀性,使涤纶染色减少废水排放和能源消耗。
Polyester fabric is one of the most widely used textiles,so it is very important to study the clean dyeing technology of polyester fabric.A new macromolecular dispersant for disperse dyes was prepared,the disperse dyes are ground to nanometer level without agglomeration,by the action of the dispersant.Under the combined action of other dyeing and finishing auxiliaries with a certain proportion,polyester can be dyed at room temperature and pressure by one dip and one rolling,superior color fastness and color uniformity can be achieved without washing,waste water discharge and energy consumption was reduced in the in polyester dyeing process.
