摘要
为探究采收前施钙元素处理对芍药切花的品质及抗衰老效果的影响,选择了不同浓度的乙酸钙和氯化钙开展了比较研究,结果表明,有机态的乙酸钙处理效果整体高于无机态的效果,有机态的钙处理可以明显提高芍药切花的茎粗、花蕾直径,提高切花的品质,且延长切花的瓶插期,抗衰老的效果比较好,2%~6%浓度中以4%的处理效果最佳。
In order to explore the effects of calcium treatment before harvest on the quality&anti-aging effect of cut Paeonia lactiflora flowers,different concentrations of calcium acetate&calcium chloride were selected to conduct a comparative study.Result shows that the overall effect of organic calcium acetate treatment is higher than that of inorganic state,organic calcium treatment can significantly increase the stem thickness&bud diameter of cut Paeonia lactiflora flowers,improve the quality of cut flowers,and extend the vase period of cut flowers.The anti-aging effect is optimal,2%-6%concentration among them,4%has the optimal treatment effect.
