摘要
以荷花为材料,研究了外源钙(CaCl 2)对盐胁迫(100 mmol·L^-1 NaCl)下荷花植株生长、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量变化的影响。结果表明,随着水体盐度逐渐增高至100 mmol·L^-1,所有品种的净高生长量平缓下降,采用盐害指数筛选出荷花盐敏感品种和盐抗性品种;外源钙处理后,10 mmol·L^-1 CaCl 2能显著提高盐胁迫下荷花抗氧化酶(POD和CAT)活性,增加渗透物质(可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白)积累量。另外,不同浓度CaCl 2与CAT活性、POD活性均呈显著正相关关系。说明适宜浓度的外源钙可缓解盐害对荷花植株生长的抑制作用,诱导其耐盐性的提高。
Using lotus flowers as the experimental materials,the effects of exogenous calcium chloride on the growth,peroxidase(POD)activity,catalase(CAT)activity,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,soluble sugar and soluble protein content of lotus plants under salt stress(100 mmol·L^-1 NaCl)were studied.The results showed,as the salinity of the water gradually increased to 100 mmol·L^-1,the net height growth of all varieties decreased gradually,and salt-sensitive and salt-resistant varieties were screened by salt damage index;after treatment with exogenous calcium,10 mmol·L^-1 CaCl 2 significantly increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes(POD and CAT)and increased the accumulation of osmotic substances(soluble sugar and soluble protein)under salt stress.In addition,the concentration of CaCl 2 in different water bodies was significantly positively correlated with CAT activity and POD activity.It indicates that the appropriate concentration of exogenous calcium can alleviate the inhibition of salt damage to the growth of lotus plants and induce the improvement of salt tolerance.
