A New Inquisition of Teacher-student Relationship

摘要 学界以往深入探讨了师生关系的分类、性质和特征,展开了调查研究和行动研究,还有中小学教师对师生关系的感受。在思想方法上,师生关系是联系性的关系,而不是比较性的关系,不可比较教师和学生在教学过程中地位高低和作用大小,“平等”作为一种价值观,不宜用于说明师生关系。良好的师生关系是彼此内心感受到的,相互理解的关系是一种基本的师生关系。相互理解是在教育活动中,教师和学生各自怀有期待、看法,而彼此知晓,并对对方的内心情感和行为有所感受、领会和认可。教师对学生的理解本身就包含着对自己的理解。师生相互理解关系是构成性的,我们教师在日常工作中需要感受和思考自己与学生之间的关系,形成相互理解的良好师生关系,教育的积极作用便易于发生。 In the study of teacher-student rela tionship,the classification,nature and characteristics have been carried out in the past.In addition,there are investigation and action research,as well as primary and secondary school teachers'feelings of the teacher-student relationship.In the thought model,the teacher-student relationship is an associative relationship rather than a comparative one.The status and role of both teachers and students cannot be compared in the teaching process,and the equality as a value should not be used to explain the teacher-student relationship.Good teacher-student relationship is felt by each other,and the relationship understood by each other is a kind of basic teacher-student relationship.Mutual understanding means that teachers and students have their own expectations and views that they know each other,and they have felt,understood and recognized to inner feelings and behaviors of each other.The teacher's understanding of the students itself contains the understanding of their own.The teacher-student relationship of mutual understanding is constitutive.In everyday work,.teachers need to feel and think about the relationship bet ween themselves and students,so as to form a good relationship,in which the positive effects of education can be easy to exert.
