摘要
为设计出合理的主轴承盖连接螺栓预紧力,以某型发动机主轴瓦组件为研究对象,分别通过理论计算和仿真计算2种方法分析安装柴油机主轴承轴瓦过程中轴瓦刚度、轴瓦公差和轴瓦凸出量产生的切向力之间的相互关系,对比这2种方法在计算各参数方面的异同,总结出低速机主轴承轴瓦安装连接螺栓预紧力的计算方法,为发动机主轴承盖连接螺栓预紧力的设置提供参考。
In order to determine the proper pretension for the connecting bolt of the main bearing cap,the main bearing shell of a low speed engine is taken as the research object to analyze the relationship between the resulting tangential forces and the bearing shell stiffness,its tolerance and its protrusion in the installation of the main bearing shell of an engine by theoretical calculation and simulation respectively.The similarities and differences between the two methods involved in calculation of the parameters are compared,and the connecting bolt pretension calculation method for the installation of main bearing shell of low speed diesel engines is determined afterwards,which provides reference for the determination of pretensions in such applications.
