摘要
目的分析当归补血汤加味治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的糖尿病肾病患者118例作为研究对象,按照就诊顺序分成实验组(常规治疗+中药当归补血汤加味治疗)和对照组(常规治疗),每组59例,对比两组患者治疗前后肾功能相关指标以及血脂指标等的变化以及区别。结果治疗前两组患者各项指标均无明显差异,经过治疗,两组患者肾功能相关指标以及血脂指标均得到改善,且实验组患者恢复幅度明显高于对照组,组间结果差异明显,同时,实验组患者治疗总有效率为93.22%,远远优于对照组(74.58%),两组试验结果差异具有统计学意义。结论在糖尿病肾病的常规治疗中辅以当归补血汤加味治疗有利于患者改善肾功能以及血脂水平,能够加快患者恢复效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Danggui Buxue decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 118 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were divided into experimental group(conventional treatment and traditional Chinese medicine Danggui Buxue decoction)and control group(conventional treatment)according to the order of treatment,with 59 patients in each group.Changes and differences in renal function related indicators and blood lipid indicators were compared.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the renal function related indexes and blood lipid indexes of the two groups were improved,and the recovery rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.22%,which was far superior to the control group(74.58%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion In the routine treatment of diabetic nephropathy,the addition of Danggui Buxue decoction can help patients improve renal function and blood lipid levels,and accelerate the recovery of patients.
