摘要
为解决森林火灾问题,利用空气炮射程远的特点,将空气炮装备应用于森林消防领域。本文建立空气炮射流的数学模型,利用Fluent软件和实验进行模型验证;在探讨如何通过改变空气炮尺寸参数提高空气炮的有效灭火距离问题基础上,通过理论分析,选取空气炮高压气室体积和炮管直径两个影响因素,选定市面上3种不同型号的空气炮进行仿真。实验结果表明:炮管直径由89 mm增加到108 mm,空气炮的有效灭火距离增加了38.9%;高压气室体积由220 L增加到300 L,空气炮的灭火距离增加不明显。由此可以得出结论:适当地增大空气炮炮管直径可以有效提升空气炮的有效灭火距离,而相同条件下空气炮高压气室的体积对空气炮有效灭火距离的作用不明显。
In order to solve the problem of forest fires,air cannon equipment is used in the field of forest fire protection by taking advantage of the long range of air cannons.In this paper,a mathematical model of the air cannon jet was established,and the model simulation verification was performed with Fluent software and experiment.Based on the discussion of how to increase the effective fire extinguishing distance of the air cannon by changing the size parameters of the air cannon,through theoretical analysis,the two influencing factors of the volume of the high-pressure air chamber of the air cannon and the diameter of the cannon tube were selected and three different types of air cannons on the market were simulated.The experimental results were:the diameter of the cannon tube increased from 89 mm to 108 mm,the effective fire extinguishing distance of the air cannon increased by 38.9%;the volume of the high pressure air chamber increased from 220 L to 300 L,and the fire extinguishing distance of the air cannon was not significantly increased.From this,it can be concluded that increasing the diameter of the air cannon tube can effectively improve the fire extinguishing capacity of the air cannon,but under the same conditions,the volume of the high pressure air chamber of the air cannon has no obvious effect on the fire extinguishing capacity of the air cannon.
