微量泵安全输注血管活性药物的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 血管活性药物主要为通过改变患者血管舒缩状态和微循环血管灌注来预防患者休克的药物,其在药物输注过程中对于药物浓度和输注速度具有较高的要求,如果血管活性药物使用不当将可能导致患者血压升高和心律失常等,情况严重的还可能导致患者死亡。目前临床主要采用微量泵对血管活性药物进行输注,其具有输注均匀准确等特点,可以对药物输注速度进行准确控制,从而达到合理用药的目的。但是随着微量泵输注血管活性药物临床应用的不断深入,人们发现微量泵输注血管活性药物存在一些危险因素,包括药物因素、微量泵因素、操作因素以及患者因素等多个方面,为微量泵输注血管活性药物带来了潜在的安全隐患。为了保障血管活性药物用药的有效性和安全性,近些年很多学者关于微量泵安全输注血管活性药物开展了一系列研究,本文将这些研究进展进行综述,以期为临床血管活性药物的输注提供借鉴。 Vasoactive drugs are mainly used to prevent patients from shock by changing their vasomotor state and microcirculation perfusion.They have high requirements for drug concentration and infusion speed in the process of drug infusion.If the vasoactive drugs are not used properly,it may lead to the increase of blood pressure and arrhythmia,and in serious cases,it may also lead to death.At present,micro pump is mainly used to infuse vasoactive drugs in clinic,which has the characteristics of uniform and accurate infusion,and can accurately control the infusion speed of drugs,so as to achieve the purpose of rational use of drugs.However,with the development of clinical application of micro pump infusion of vasoactive drugs,it has been found that there are some risk factors for micro pump infusion of vasoactive drugs,including drug factors,micro pump factors,operation factors and patient factors,which bring potential safety risks for micro pump infusion of vasoactive drugs.In order to ensure the effectiveness and safety of vasoactive drugs,in recent years,many scholars have carried out a series of studies on the safe infusion of vasoactive drugs by micropump.In this paper,the progress of these studies is reviewed in order to provide reference for the clinical infusion of vasoactive drugs.
