摘要
根据平面二次包络环面蜗杆副运动形成原理,把余弦定理创新应用到宏程序编程中,通过手工刃磨专用切刀在普通数控车床上完成平面二次包络环面蜗杆加工试验,成功得到实物零件。创新了平面二次包络环面蜗杆的加工方法,试验加工所得平面二次包络环面蜗杆尺寸精度正负偏差在-0.02~0.02 mm,齿形精度适中,验证了该方法的可行性和正确性,为大批量生产平面二次包络环面蜗杆提供应用参考。
According to the formation principle of planar quadratic envelope toroidal worm pair,the cosine theorem is innovatively applied to the macro programming.Worm gearing manufacturing test of planar quadratic enveloping ring surface is completed based on the ordinary computer numerical control lathe by using special-purpose manual grinding cutter,and physical parts is successfully got.Machining method of planar quadratic enveloping torus worm gearing is innovated.Positive and negative deviation of dimensional accuracy of planar quadratic enveloping torus worm gearing is between-0.02 mm and 0.02 mm and tooth profile accuracy is moderate verifying the feasibility and correctness of the presented method and providing application reference for mass production of planar quadratic enveloping torus ring-surface worm gear.
