摘要
目的:探讨通络开痹片对踝关节骨折术后患者关节功能康复的影响。方法:选取踝关节骨折患者100例。采用随机数字表法分对照组和观察组各50例。对照组患者术后进行常规康复治疗。观察组在对照组基础上给予通络开痹片治疗。比较两组疗效及术后并发症情况,比较两组疼痛、肿胀、关节活动度、踝与后足功能评分及日常生活能力情况。结果:治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分和肿胀度评分降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、2、3、4周,两组踝关节活动度(背伸、跖屈)明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、2、3、4周,踝与后足功能评分及日常生活能力评分明显升高,其观察组比对照组更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总疗效(94.00%)明显优于对照组(80.00%),术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通络开痹片可改善踝关节骨折术后关节功能,临床疗效较好。
Objective:To explore the effect of Tongluo Kaibi tablet on the rehabilitation of joint function of patients with ankle fracture after operation.Methods:100 patients with ankle fracture were selected.50 cases in each group were divided into control group and observation group.The patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation treatment.The observation group was treated with Tongluo Kaibi tablet on the basis of the control group.Results:After the treatment,VAS score and swelling score of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).At 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after operation,the ankle joint mobility(dorsiflexion and plantar flexion)of the two groups was significantly improved,and the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).At 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after operation,AOFAS and ADL scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total curative effect of the observation group(94.00%)was significantly better than that of the control group(80.00%),and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongluokaibi tablet can improve the joint function after ankle fracture operation,and the clinical effect is satisfactory,which is worth further promotion and application.
