新时代的“新零售”:数字经济浪潮下的电商转型升级趋势 被引量:84

“New Retailing”in New Era:New Trend of E-commerce Transformation and Upgrading under Wave of Digital Economy

摘要 中国已经迈入数字经济时代,以互联网、大数据、云计算为代表的数字技术正深刻融入经济社会的各个领域。数字经济与传统产业的融合有效驱动了商业模式创新和经济转型升级,但数字经济在某种程度上也对传统产业造成了巨大的冲击,这其中也包括传统电商。因此,传统电子商务的转型升级迫在眉睫。“新零售”展示了未来电商企业转型升级的发展方向:未来的电商企业并不是简单的互联网企业,也不是传统意义上的零售企业,而是突破了传统“零售”范畴的商业生态系统,是一个“全渠道+物流+金融+新科技+场景+社交”的生态圈。通过跨界、整合、颠覆、创新商业模式和商业业态,“新零售”为传统电商企业找到了新的经济增长点。顺应“新零售”模式的发展趋势,未来电商转型升级的关键路径包括:融合零售精神与互联网精神,转变传统电商商圈观念,实现电商企业的智慧化转型,建立全渠道协同的生态圈,以及打造电商企业的核心竞争力。 As China has entered the era of digital economy,digital technologies represented by the Internet,big data and cloud computing are being deeply integrated into all sectors of economy and society.The integration of digital economy and traditional industries effectively drives business model innovation and economic transformation and upgrading.Meanwhile,to some extent,the digital economy has also had a huge shock on traditional industries,including traditional e-commerce industry.Therefore,it is imminent for the transformation and upgrading of traditional e-commerce.The“new retailing”shows the development direction of transformation and upgrading of future e-commerce enterprises which will not be simple Internet enterprises or retail enterprises in the traditional sense,but a business ecosystem that will break through the traditional category of“retail”and an ecosystem of“omni-channel+logistics+finance+new technology+scene+social contact”.Through cross-border,integration,subversion and innovation of business models and formats,“new retailing”has found new economic growth points for traditional e-commerce enterprises.In conformity with the development trend of“new retailing”mode,the key path for future transformation and upgrading of e-commerce enterprises is to integrate retail spirit and Internet spirit,change the concept of traditional e-commerce business circle,realize the intelligent transformation of e-commerce enterprises,establish an ecosystem of omni-channel coordination,and build the core competitiveness of e-commerce enterprises.
