教师视角下的全国职业院校技能大赛现状与优化策略 被引量:3

Status Quo of Skill Competitions for Vocational College Students in China and Optimization Strategies from Instructors’Perspective

摘要 本文以天津海河教育园区100名大赛指导教师为访谈对象,对全国职业院校技能大赛基层现状展开调查研究。结果表明:指导教师选拔难度大,带赛缺乏积极性;指导教师培育力度弱,过程缺乏系统性;师生备赛参赛困难多,运行缺乏流畅性;赛项资源转化效率低,转化缺乏规范性和多样性。鉴于此,高职院校应完善指导教师选用、管理与激励办法,激发教师带赛积极性;加强指导教师培养培训,提升指导教师专业性;完善管理与资金运行机制,保障备赛参赛顺畅性;制定基层工作办法,增强资源转化规范性;拓宽资源转化路径,提升资源转化多样性。 The paper,based on the interviews with 100 instructors from some vocational colleges in Tianjin Haihe Education Area,investigates the skill competitions for vocational college students in China.The results show that it is dif⁃ficult to select instructors;most schools are weak in cultivating instructors;there are many difficulties in preparing for the competition for both instructors and contestants;There is low efficiency in the conversion of competition resources.Based on the analysis,the paper puts forward some optimization strategies as perfecting selection of guidance instructors,strengthening instructor training,ensuring the smooth participation of competitions,broadening the path of resource con⁃version.
