基于网络游记的研学旅游目的地形象感知分析--以厦门集美学村为例

摘要 旅游目的地形象感知是旅游满意度及产品创新的重要参考依据。依据内容分析法,采用软件ROSTCM6对从马蜂窝、携程网站上搜索的研学旅游目的地集美学村网络游记文本进行词频分析,可知针对集美学村的游记中高频词汇集中在吸引物名称(大学、鳌园、故居、学府、夜景、风情等)、景区特色(陈嘉庚、闽南、文化、爱国、南洋、情怀等)、形象感知词汇(值得、漂亮、干净、悠闲、宁静、书香气等)、行为动词(参观、拍照、漫步、缅怀、瞻仰、学习等)四个方面,并通过可视化工具突出词汇间的线性关系得知集美学村的感知形象集中在嘉庚文化与爱国情怀、闽南建筑与龙舟活动、高校群落与书香氛围、南洋风格与中西合璧、闲适悠然与整洁宁静。 The perception of Tourismdestination image is an important reference for tourismsatisfaction and product innovation.Using the software ROSTICM6,we made an analysis of the high-frequency words from network travelogues about Jimei School Village(a kind of tourism destination for study)from the websites of Hornet Nest and Ctrip.It can be seen that the high-frequency words in the travelogues for Jimei Village focus on the following four aspects:attractions(university,Aoyuan garden,former residence,university,night scene,amorous feelings,etc.),scenic characteristics(Tan Kah Kee,Minnan,culture,patriotism,Nanyang,feelings,etc.),imageaware vocabulary(worthy,beautiful,clean,leisurely,tranquil,bookish,etc.),and behavioral verbs(visit,take pictures,walk,remember,look at,learn,etc.).And fromthe linear relationship between words foregrounded by means of visuals,we knowthat the the perception images of Jimei School Village focus on the following:Tan Kah Kee culture and his patriotism,south Fujian architectures and dragonboat activities,university community and scholarly atmosphere,Nanyang style and the combination of Chinese and Western,as well as leisure,neatness and tranquility.
