摘要
随着智慧时代的到来以及中国企业“走出去”步伐的日益加大,越来越多的企业开始重视国际产能合作,并借助智慧化手段进行供应链优化升级。然而,传统的企业供应链管理方法已经无法满足智慧供应链管理的需要,因此识别智慧供应链绩效影响因素将在提升企业智慧供应链管理水平方面发挥关键作用。为推动面向国际产能合作的智慧供应链发展,探寻影响智慧供应链绩效的因素,本研究基于对四家具有代表性的拥有国际产能合作业务的中国企业的访谈,提出了一个影响智慧供应链绩效的理论框架。研究发现,智慧技术通过三个维度的提升对供应链关键要素和智慧供应链绩效产生积极的直接影响,分别是智慧技术的先进程度、应用水平和生态化发展水平,其中在生态化发展推动智慧供应链发展过程中,应从需求出发,结合管理手段将不同的技术应用到最适合的场景,才有利于绩效的提升;包括供应链网络布局、渠道整合、协同共享三方面在内的供应链关键要素也会对智慧供应链绩效产生积极的直接影响;企业国际产能合作程度越深,供应链要素优化对智慧供应链绩效提升作用越大。因此,为提升智慧供应链绩效,一方面,要在加强专业技术研发,利用专项技术打通供应链全链条,多向发展多元结合,发挥不同技术特性,从先进程度、应用水平、生态化发展水平三方面提升自身智慧技术能力的同时,从需求出发,结合管理手段,将不同技术应用到最适合的场景;另一方面,要重视供应链要素改革创新,对物流、商流、信息流等关键要素进行优化,特别是正在布局国际化业务的企业更要重视对供应链关键要素的优化调整。
With the development of the"intelligent era"and the"going global"of Chinese enterprises,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to international capacity cooperation and use intelligent means to optimize their supply chains.However,traditional supply chain management can no longer meet the needs of intelligent supply chain,so it is important to identify the influencing factors of intelligent supply chain performance(ISCP).In order to promote the international cooperation and ISCP,and explore the influencing factors of ISCP,the authors interview four Chinese enterprises and propose a theory framework of ISCP performance in the context of international production capacity cooperation.It is found that intelligent technology has a positive impact on the key factors of supply chain and ISCP through the advanced level,application level and ecological level of intelligent technology.While promoting the development of intelligent supply chain with the help of ecological development,we should,apply different technology to the most suitable scene according to different demand and by using management means to improve the performance;the key factors of supply chain,such as supply chain network arrangement,channel integration,and coordinated sharing,will also have positive impact on ISCP;and the deeper the degree of international production capacity cooperation of enterprises,the greater the role of supply chain factor optimization in improving ISCP.To improve ISCP,on the one hand,we should strengthen technology R&D,promote the diversified development,and give play to the role of different technology with different characteristics;on the other hand,we should pay more attention to innovation in supply chain factors,optimize the key factors of material flow,business flow and information flow.And the enterprises involved in international business should pay more attention to the optimization and adjustment of supply chain key factors.
