摘要
卧式储罐计算需要建立复杂的数学模型,目前,几乎所有的计算中均不考虑工程实际中存在的加温盘管,当储罐体积不能远远大于加温盘管体积时,加温盘管对于不同液位下,储罐存储介质体积、质量的影响不能忽略。另外,即使能准确计算出数据,如果数据不能导出,建立表格,也影响利用效率。在考虑卧式储罐加温盘管的情况下,建立新的数学模型,并通过MATLAB软件进行仿真,对仿真结果进行分析,最后,将计算数据从MATLAB软件导出,并存储在EXCEL文件中,极大地提高了效率,最后将计算结果通过与兰州石化公司油品储运厂一具卧式罐数据进行比较分析,说明该计算方法能较好地修正同类卧式罐不同液位下容积计算误差问题,具有较高推广使用价值。
Horizontal tank calculation requires the establishment of a complex mathematical model.At present,almost all calculations do not consider the existence of heated coil tubes in engineering practice.When the tank volume can not be much larger than the volume of heated coil tubes,the heated coil tubes are for different liquid levels.Under,The influence of volume and quality of storage medium can not be ignored.In addition,even if the data can be accurately calculated,if the data can not be exported,the establishment of tables also affects the effi⁃ciency of use.In this paper,considering the horizontal tank heating coil tube,a new mathematical model is estab⁃lished,and the simulation results are analyzed through MATLAB software.Finally,the calculated data is derived from MATLAB software and stored in the EXCEL file.The efficiency is greatly improved.Finally,the calculation results are compared with a horizontal tank data of the oil storage and transportation plant of Lanzhou Petrochemi⁃cal Company,indicating that the calculation method can better correct the Calculation error problem under differ⁃ent liquid levels of the same type tank and have higher promotion value.
