摘要
波谱分析是化学、化工、材料、药学和食品等专业的一门重要的专业基础课,是有机化合物结构解析及确证的重要方法。在波谱分析课程教学过程中,针对应用化学专业的特点,切合专业的培养目标及就业的需求,加强基础,注重应用,探索研究性教学模式,改革评价体系,发挥学生的主动性,提高学生的解谱能力,提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,为学生就业、研发打好基础。
Spectrum Analysis is an important professional basic course of the majors of chemistry,chemical engineering,pharmaceutical science and food science,and also is the most important means to analyze and confirm the structure of organic compounds.In teaching process,aiming at the specialty of applied chemistry and suiting to the training objectives and requirement,the foundation was strengthened,application was paid attention to,the research teaching model was explored,evaluation system was reformed,the initiative of students was developed,the spectrum ability was improved,and the ability of analyzing and problem-solvent was enhanced,which can lay the foundation of employment and research and development.
