内地研究生田野工作理论学习与实践:基于服务学习视角的分析

摘要 民族教育学作为当今一个热门研究领域,出现了诸多的内地研究者,其田野工作成功的前提是合法有效地参与到当地教育实践。美国服务学习理念表明:内地研究生若以实习教师、助教等作为服务学习形式,其服务身份利于合法进入当地学校建立信任感,其奉献精神不仅体现田野工作应有的互惠性伦理,其自然主义方式和学习者般态度有利于体悟当地实践情景与虚心学习当地经验。因此,基于服务的研习是内地研究生专业成长的有效途径,也是培养专业型与应用型民族高等教育人才的有效途径。 Ethnic pedagogy,as a hot research field,has seen many mainland researchers.The premise of successful field work is to legally and effectively participate in local educational practice.The American concept of service learning shows that if mainland graduate students take the form of service learning such as internship teachers and teaching assistants,their service status is conducive to legally entering local schools to build a sense of trust.Their dedication not only reflects the reciprocal ethics of field work,but also their naturalistic style and learner-like attitude are conducive to understanding local practical situations and learning local experi⁃ences with humility.Therefore,service-based study is an effective way for mainland graduate students to grow up professionally,and it is also an effective way to train professional and applied ethnic higher education talents.
