摘要
以阿尔及利亚某高磷鲕状赤铁矿为研究对象,利用X射线荧光光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、MLA自动矿物分析等分析手段探明了该矿石化学组成、物相组成、结构构造以及主要矿物的嵌布特征,并针对该矿物提出了选矿工艺建议。结果表明,该矿石组成复杂,矿物种类繁多,有用矿物与脉石矿物多以鲕状、胶结物及微细粒等形式相互结合,嵌布粒度较细,不易解离,需要通过联合分选工艺才能达到较理想的选别效果。
The chemical compositions,phase compositions,structure properties and dissemination characteristics of main minerals of a high-phosphorous oolitic hematite from Algeria were analyzed using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and MLA automatic analysis.The results show that the ore contains numerous types of minerals,with the complex compositions.Valuable minerals and gangue minerals are mostly intergrown with each other in forms of oolitic and cementing matters and fine grains.Due to being finely disseminated,the minerals can hardly be liberated.A better separation performance can only be achieved by adopting a joint processing technique.
