摘要
数控车床主要以自动化加工制造为基础进行工作,是一种自动化设备,但是灵活性方面并不具备优势。对于数控车削零件的加工方面来说,如果想要制造的零件保证更高的质量,其制造的流程方面需进行不断地优化,做到高质量的设置和执行。本文主要通过对数控车床在车削零件加工的过程中出现的问题进行详细分析,并提出相应解决的方案,进一步使数控车削零件的加工质量方面得到不断地提升。希望可以为相关的工作人员提供一定的理论性支持和实践思考。
CNC lathe is mainly based on automatic processing and manufacturing work,is a kind of automation equipment,but the flexibility does not have an advantage.For the processing of CNC turning parts,if you want to manufacture parts to ensure higher quality,its manufacturing process needs to be constantly optimized to achieve high-quality Settings and execution.This paper mainly through the numerical control lathe in the process of turning parts processing problems are analyzed in detail,and put forward the corresponding solutions,to further improve the quality of CNC turning parts processing.Hope to provide some theoretical support and practical thinking for relevant staff.
