摘要
目的:分析围术期护理方法在显微支撑喉镜手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年2月份至2020年2月份在我院进行显微支撑喉镜手术的患者共84例,随机分组法将患者分成2组,每组各42例。常规护理法用于对照组,围术期护理法用于观察组。结果:观察组并发症低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在显微支撑喉镜手术护理中应用围手术期护理方法,有助于降低患者并发症发生率,提升患者护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of perioperative nursing method in microsupport laryngoscope operation.Methods:A total of 84 patients undergoing microsupport laryngoscope surgery in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 42 patients in each group.Routine nursing method for the control group,perioperative nursing method for the observation group.Results:Complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of perioperative nursing method in microsupport laryngoscope surgery is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
