摘要
随着我国基层医疗卫生事业的不均衡发展,基层卫生机构亟需全科医学人才,同时定向全科医学生不到基层就业的违约现象突出。本文对农村订单定向全科医学生不同年级的学习情况和思想矛盾进行分阶段研究,优化定向生思想政治教育体系,使全科医学人才毕业后愿意扎根基层,服务基层。
With the increasing demand for rural health services in China,there is an urgent need for primary medical and health personnel,and at the same time,the default phenomenon of targeted general medical studentsless than grass-roots employment is prominent.This paper makes a phased study on the learning situation and ideological contradictions of different grades of rural order-oriented general medical students,optimizes the ideological and political education system of oriented students,and makes the general medical talents willing to take root at the grass-roots level and serve the grass-roots level after graduation.
