摘要
为了研究和提高三山岛金矿分级尾砂胶结充填体的抗压强度,在充填体中加入粉煤灰及粉煤灰活化剂(CaO)以提高充填体的早期强度。设计了不同粉煤灰掺量替代胶结剂的充填体强度试验和最优粉煤灰掺量条件下不同CaO掺量的充填体强度试验,研究了粉煤灰掺量和CaO掺量与充填体强度之间的关系,并对出现这种关系的原因进行了理论分析。试验结果表明,当粉煤灰掺量为5%时,充填体试样的强度最大,充填用水中的Na^+、Ca^2+、Cl^-离子对提高充填体的早期强度起了关键作用。当CaO掺量为最优粉煤灰掺量的20%时,各养护龄期的充填体强度最大。最终确定三山岛金矿分级尾砂胶结充填体粉煤灰掺量为5%,粉煤灰活化剂(CaO)的掺量为20%。
In order to study and improve the compressive strength of the graded tailings cemented backfill in Sanshandao gold mine,fly ash and fly ash activator(CaO)are added to the backfill to improve the early strength.The backfill body strength test with different fly ash content instead of cement is designed and the filling test of different CaO content under the optimal fly ash content is studied.The fly ash content and CaO content with backfill strength are studied.The reasons for this relationship are analyzed.The test results show that when the fly ash content is 5%,the strength of the backfill samples is the largest,and the Na^+,Ca^2+and Cl^-ions in the filling water play a key role in improving the early strength of the backfill body.When the CaO content is 20%of the optimum fly ash content,the backfill body strength of each curing age is the largest.It is finally determined that the amount of fly ash in the graded tailings cemented backfill of the Sanshandao gold mine is 5%,and the amount of fly ash activator(CaO)is 20%.
