摘要
既有住宅建筑节能改造市场发展是多主体协同决策的结果,多主体协同决策内在要求了业主决策的科学性与有效性。从健全法律法规、实施经济激励、推行合同能源管理与宣传节能知识等4方面总结了国外既有建筑节能改造市场运行特征,从决策障碍、决策驱动因素、决策的社会学特征及消费者决策属性等方面梳理了国外业主决策理论研究动态。分析了我国既有建筑节能改造市场运行实践的发展过程与决策理论的研究进展。论证了既有住宅建筑节能改造业主决策机制研究的价值性与必要性。
The development of energy-saving renovation market of existing residential buildings is the result of multi-agent collaborative decision-making,which requires the scientific and effective decision-making of owners.This paper summarized the operational characteristics of foreign existing building energy-saving renovation market from four aspects:improving laws and regulations,implementing economic incentives,implementing contract energy management and publicizing energy-saving knowledge,and reviewed the research trends of foreign owners'decision-making theory from the aspects of decision-making obstacles,decision-making driving factors,decision-making sociological characteristics and consumer decision-making attributes.This paper analyzed the development process of the market operation practice and the research progress of the decision-making theory of the existing building energy-saving transformation in China.This paper demonstrated the value and necessity of the study on the owner's decision-making mechanism of energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings.
