摘要
根据国家标准《压力容器第4部分:制造、检验和验收》(GB 150.4—2011)中表4冷成形件变形率控制指标来判断成形受压元件是否需要进行恢复性能热处理时,标准中给出了变形率的计算公式,但未给出椭圆形封头冷成形后中面半径的取值方法。通过几何作图法、解析法求取椭圆形封头圆弧过渡区半径,再将其作为成形后椭圆形封头的中面半径,即可计算出椭圆形封头的变形率。
When determine whether the forming pressure components need to be restored performance heat treatment according to cold-formed parts deformation rate control indicators in table 4 of the national standard"Pressure Vessels-Part 4:Fabrication,inspection and testing,and acceptance"(GB 150.4—2011),the standard stipulates the calculation formula for the deformation rate,but it does not give a method for the value of the radius of the middle surface of the elliptical head after cold forming.Through geometric drawing method and analytical method,the radius of the arc transition zone of the elliptical head is obtained,and then used as the radius of the middle surface of the elliptical head after forming,the deformation rate of the elliptical head can be obtained.
