摘要
LA-ICP-MS是硅酸盐矿物元素原位分析的重要方法之一,而该方法的准确分析受到仪器条件、信号漂移校正、标准物质选择策略、定量校正方法等因素的影响。本文结合试验以及当前LA-ICP-MS硅酸盐矿物研究对其分析的影响因素进行探讨,结果表明NIST玻璃标准和地质标准之间存在基体差异影响,但也能用于硅酸盐矿物定量分析,采用多标准有助于分析的准确,从而满足不同硅酸盐样品的准确分析,而基本归一法适用于硅酸盐矿物特别是无水矿物的分析测定。
Laser Ablation-Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS)is currently an important microanalysis technique for the elements of silicate minerals,and is influenced by instrument conditions,mass discrimination,reference standards,and calibrated strategies.In the paper,the influence factor of determination of elements of silicate minerals by LA-ICP-MS is researched.The results show that there were matrix differences between NIST glass and the geological standards.The NIST glass standards could be used for quantitative analysis of silicate minerals,but the appropriate and multiple standards were selected for different analysis mineral and elements,thus contributing to the accurate analysis of samples.The bulk normalization as 100%quantification strategy was good method for analysis of anhydrous silicate minerals.
