摘要
以SnCl4、ZnCl2、煤矸石和NaOH为原料,采用沸腾回流法制备了SnO2和ZnO摩尔比为1:1的SnO2-ZnO/煤矸石复合物。用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)及紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)等手段对产物进行表征。在紫外光照下,考察了所制SnO2-ZnO/煤矸石复合物催化降解敌敌畏、乐果、敌百虫、乙酰甲胺磷、马拉硫磷五种常见有机磷农药的效果。结果表明,将SnO2-ZnO复合物负载在煤矸石表面,不仅可有效提高SnO2-ZnO复合物的光催化性能,还能实现催化剂的多次回收再利用。
SnO2-ZnO/coal gangue composite with SnO2:ZnO mole ratio of 1:1 was successfully synthesized via refluxing method,using SnCl4,ZnCl2,coal gangue and NaOH as reactants.The products were characterized by Field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra(UV-Vis DRS).The photocatalytic activity of as-prepared SnO2-ZnO/coal gangue composite for degradation of five organophosphorus pesticides,such as dichlorvos,dimethoate,trichlorfon,acephate and malathion,was investigated under ultraviolet irradiation.Experimental results indicated that loading SnO2-ZnO composite on the surface of coal gangue can not only effectively improve the photocatalytic performance of SnO2-ZnO composite,but also realize recovery and reuse of SnO2-ZnO/coal gangue composite photocatalyst.
