摘要
近年来,新会展场馆建设仍然如火如荼地展开。新会展场馆从场馆面积和先进设施等方面给老旧会展场馆带来了巨大的竞争压力。一些老旧会展场馆利用率出现下滑现象,场馆闲置导致资源浪费严重,其利用率亟待提高。该文以青岛X会展中心为例,考察、测算和分析了近年来的场馆利用率,并就场馆服务水平、人力资源管理状况、基础设施和技术水平等影响因素进行了探究,继而提出了提升场馆服务水平、加强人力资源管理、整合和优化利用场馆资源、承办多元化活动等提升老旧会展场利用率的一揽子策略。
In recent years, the construction of new exhibition venues is still in full swing. The exhibition area and advanced facilities of the new exhibition venues bring huge competitive pressure to the old exhibition venues. The utilization rate of some old convention and exhibition venues has declined. The idle venues lead to serious waste of resources, and the utilization rate needs to be improved. Taking Qingdao X Convention and Exhibition Center as an example, this paper investigates, calculates and analyses its utilization rate in recent years, explores the influencing factors such as service level, human resource management status, infrastructure, technical level of the venue, and then puts forward a package of strategies for improving the utilization rate of the old exhibition venues, such as improving the service level of venues, strengthening human resource management, integrating and optimizing the use of venue resources, undertaking diversified activities, etc.
