风速变送器校准及示值误差测量不确定度评定 被引量:4

Calibration and measurement uncertainty evaluation of indication error for wind speed transmitter

摘要 研究并提出了风速变送器的校准方法,在此基础上,以输出电流标准信号的EE65型风速变送器为研究对象,研究了风速变送器的测量模型和示值误差测量不确定度评定方法,给出了不确定度评定详细步骤和结果。结果表明,该型号风速变送器在2~18m/s的示值误差扩展不确定度在0.07~0.25m/s,其扩展不确定度最大值出现在被校准风速点最小值2m/s处。风速变送器示值误差测量不确定度主要的贡献是标准风速测量引入的。风速变送器校准方法有效且示值误差测量不确定度评定合理,为解决风速变送器的量值溯源难题、制定风速变送器计量技术规范提供了技术支撑。 This paper studies the calibration method of wind speed transmitter,on this basis,the EE65 wind speed transmitter with output current standard signal as research object,measurement model and measurement uncertainty evaluation method of indication error of wind speed transmitter are studied,and detailed steps and results of uncertainty evaluation are given.The results show that the expanded uncertainty of indication error is in the range of 0.07~0.25 m/s for wind speed transmitter in the range of 2~18 m/s,the maximum value of the expanded uncertainty appears at the minimum value 2 m/s of the calibrated wind speed point.The main contribution of uncertainty in the measurement of indication error of wind speed transmitter is caused by the measurement of standard wind speed.The calibration method of wind speed transmitter is effective and the measurement uncertainty evaluation of indication error is reasonable,which provides technical support for solving the problem of traceability and formulating technical specifications of wind speed transmitter.
