Study on separation of zinc and iron from dust ash containing zinc

摘要 含锌除尘灰是钢铁厂重要的固体废弃物,属于危废,为了探索妥善解决该种危废的方法,模拟回转窑工艺对国内某钢厂含锌除尘灰进行焙烧-磁选锌铁分离研究,研究不同焙烧温度、时间以及不同内配C含量对焙烧矿金属化率、脱锌率以及对磁选后精矿铁品位、Fe回收率的影响。结果表明,在C质量分数为12%、焙烧温度1100℃、焙烧时间60 min的条件下,得到铁品位53.45%、金属化率91.95%、脱锌率99.05%的焙烧物料,挥发物中ZnO质量分数高达95.04%。焙烧物料经过磨矿磁选后可得到铁品位91.30%,Fe回收率82.37%的金属铁粉。 Zinc-containing dust is an important solid waste in iron and steel plants,which is hazardous waste.In order to explore a proper method to solve this kind of hazardous waste,a simulated rotary kiln process was used to separate zinc and iron from zinc-bearing dust and sludge by roasting-magnetic separation.The effects of roasting temperature,time and carbon content on the metallization rate and zinc removal rate,as well as grade of concentrate iron and recovery rate of Fe after magnetic separation were studied.The results show that under the conditions of carbon mass fraction of 12 mass%,roasting at 1100℃,and roasting time of 60 min,a calcined material with an iron grade of 53.45%,a metallization rate of 91.95%,and a dezincification rate of 99.05%is obtained.The mass fraction of ZnO in volatiles is up to 95.04%.After roasting the material through grinding and magnetic separation,metal iron powder with iron grade of 91.30%and iron recovery rate of 82.37%can be obtained.
