利用EOS X线影像系统评估前交叉韧带损伤患者的胫骨平台后倾角 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨利用EOS X线影像系统评估前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤患者的胫骨平台后倾角(PTS)的方法以及PTS与性别的相关性。方法回顾分析2019年1月至7月于北京积水潭医院因ACL损伤接受EOS X线影像系统下肢全长X线检查的患者38例的临床资料。其中男29例,女9例,平均年龄27.6(14~47)岁。利用下肢全长X线像测量患者PTS。对患者患侧和健侧PTS以及不同性别患者PTS进行比较。采用SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行统计学处理。结果38例患者患侧和健侧PTS分别为15.47°±3.92°和14.10°±3.43°,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。男性与女性患者PTS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利用EOS X线影像系统摄取的站立位下肢全长侧位像可用于评估ACL损伤患者的PTS;患者患侧PTS大于健侧;PTS大小与性别无关。 Objective To evaluate the posterior tibial slope(PTS)in patients with anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury by using EOS X-ray imaging system and to explore the correlation between PTS and gender.Methods Clinical data of 38 patients with ACL injury in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital between January and July 2019 were retrospectively ananlyzed and PTS measurement was performed using lateral images for lower extremity in standing position taken by EOS X-ray imaging system.There were 29 males and 9 females with average age of 27.6(14-47)years.Comparision were conducted between The PTS values of infected side and normal side and between PTS of patients in 2 genders.Data were processed by SPSS 22.0 software.Results The PTS of 38 patients on affected and normal side were 15.47°±3.92°and 14.10°±3.43°,respectively and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).The difference between PTS of patients in 2 genders was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion EOS X-ray imaging system could be applied to exactly evaluate PTS of tibial plateau.The PTS on the infected side is larger than that on normal side in patients with ACL injury.The PTS is independent of gender.
