摘要
目的探讨痔宁浓煎剂质量控制的方法和依据。方法对痔宁浓煎剂中的黄连、白及和当归进行薄层色谱法鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中芦丁的含量。结果硅胶G薄层板上,检测出黄连、白及、当归成分,阴性液无干扰。采用月旭XB-C18(250 mm×4.6μm),流动相:1%冰醋酸:甲醇(68:32),在波长359 nm下测定芦丁含量,结果及其回收率、重复性和线性符合要求。结论此方法可用于痔宁浓煎剂的质量控制。
Objective To study the method and basis of quality control of Zhining concentrated Decoction. Methods Rhizoma Coptidis, Rhizoma Coptidis and Radix Angelicae Sinensis in Zhining Decoction was identified by thin layer chromatography, and the content of Rutin in preparation was determined by High-performance liquid chromatography. Results Rhizoma Coptidis, Rhizoma Parvidis and Radix Angelicae Sinensis were detected on Silica Gel g thin layer plate. The content of Rutin was determined by Yuexu XB-C18(250 mm×4.6μm), mobile phase: 1% glacial acetic acid: methanol(68:32), at the wavelength of 359 nm. Results and their recovery, repeatability and linearity met the requirements. Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of Zhining concentrated Decoction.
