Preparation and Detection Technology of Samarium Ferroalloy Powder by High Pressure Atomization

摘要 以实验室制备的高压雾化钐铁合金粉体为检测和分析原料,具有代表性地阐述金属或合金一类粉体的物理性能,包括平均粒度和粒度分布、形貌和尺寸、粉体内部显微结构、元素和杂质含量及分布等的普遍检测手段和结果分析;在说明各对应检测手段和方法特点的基础上,针对参数下的钐铁合金粉体检测结果进行分析总结,粉体表面积和体积平均粒径分别为264.064μm、620.457μm,比表面积为0.0277 m^2/g;外部形貌由形状规则的球形颗粒组成且球形度较高,表面平整光滑,少数颗粒呈现不规则形状或类似球状且附带有卫星颗粒和毛刺结构;内部结构由Sm、Fe元素结合组成的基体以及均匀分布的α-Fe的枝晶构成且枝晶尺寸细小、生长方向未存在明显的规律性,同时出现少部分的二次枝晶现象;粉体表面Sm、Fe元素的含量分别为25.54%、67.59%,杂质C含量为4.40%,误差范围均在1%以内,元素含量结果符合预期。 High-pressure atomized samarium-iron alloy powders prepared in laboratory are used as raw materials for detection and analysis.The physical properties of metal or alloy powders are expounded,including average particle size and size distribution,morphology and size,internal microstructure,content and distribution of elements and impurities in the powders.On the basis of describing the characteristics of the corresponding detection methods,the results of Sm-Fe alloy powder detection under the parameters are analyzed and summarized.The surface area and volume average particle size of the powder are 264.064μm and 620.457μm,respectively,and the specific surface area is 0.0277 m^2/g.External morphology is composed of regular spherical particles with high sphericity and smooth surface.A few particles are irregular or spherical with satellite particles and burr structure.The internal structure is composed of Sm and Fe elements andα-Fe dendrites with fine dendrite size and no obvious regularity in the growth direction,and a small part of secondary dendrite appears.The contents of Sm and Fe on the surface of the powders were 25.54%and 67.59%,respectively,and the content of impurity C was 4.40%.The error ranges were within 1%.The results of element content were in accordance with the expectation.
