摘要
考虑预制构件生产中养护窑数量有限的特点,分析在养护窑数量限制下采取自然养护作为替代方式的调度问题。在对生产流程分析的基础上建立以蒸汽养护为首选方法并以自然养护为替代方法的预制构件调度优化模型,对存在替代方式的资源限制型问题进行描述,并基于多目标遗传算法提出预制构件车间调度优化算法,论述算法中染色体编码、选择、交叉与变异的规则,并引入精英保留策略以提高算法效率。在此基础上,选择天津某预制构件生产厂为案例,得出具有实际指导意义的工程化结论,结论表明该算法是可以获得比较好的结果,为养护窑数量有限情况下的车间调度优化提供一种有效的解决方法。
Considering the limited number of curing kiln in the production of prefabricated components,the scheduling problem of adopting natural conservation as an alternative method under the limitation of the number of curing kiln was analyzed.Based on the analysis of production process,a prefabricated component scheduling optimization model with steam curing as the preferred method and natural conservation as an alternative method was established.The resource-restricted problem with alternative methods was described,and prefabricated shop scheduling optimization algorithm was proposed basing on the multi-objective genetic algorithm.The shop scheduling optimization algorithm discussed on the rules of chromosome coding,selection,intersection and mutation in the algorithm,and the introduction of the elite retention strategy to improve the efficiency of the algorithm.On this basis,a prefabricated component production plant in Tianjin was selected as a case,and the engineering conclusions with practical guiding significance were obtained.The conclusion shows that the algorithm can obtain better results and provide an effective solution for the optimization of shop scheduling under the limited number of curing kiln.
