摘要
目的探讨基于移动平台的集束化管理对孕期体质量增幅达标率及母婴结局的效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月在本院建档、按时产检且住院分娩的孕妇106名,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组53名。对照组实施常规的门诊产检和健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上实施集束化管理措施。比较两组体质量增幅达标率、妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)发生率、分娩方式、巨大儿、低出生体质量儿发生率。结果干预后,两组体质量增幅达标率、剖宫产率、GDM发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),新生儿体质量比较差异无统计学意义。结论基于移动平台的集束化管理措施能够提高孕期体质量增幅的达标率,降低孕期并发和剖宫产率,改善母婴结局。
Objective To explore the effect of bundles of care based on mobile platform on the degree of weight gain rate up to standard and maternal and child outcomes during pregnancy.Methods 106 pregnant woman from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine outpatient delivery and health education.The intervention group was given bundles of care on the basis of control group.The rate of compliance with weight gain,GDM incidence,the mode of delivery,the incidence of large and low birth weight infants were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,there was statistically significant difference in the weight gain rate up to standard,cesarean section rate,and the incidence of GDM between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the weight of the newborns between the two groups.Conclusion Bundles of care based on mobile platform improve the rate of achieving weight gain during pregnancy,thereby reducing complications during pregnancy,reducing cesarean delivery,and improving maternal and child outcomes.
