摘要
体育教学在帮助学生养成良好的体育素养上起到了积极的作用,然而现阶段高校体育教学中开展校企合作模式存在组织机构职能作用不显著、合同文本规定不全面且规范性欠佳2个方面问题,为了更好地促进校企合作模式在体育教学改革中的应用,需要从发挥组织机构职能,规范各部门职责范围;制定有效的"校企合作"激励体系;健全合同文本,增加高校的执行力3个方面进行,确保体育教学校企合作模式能够长久、顺利进行下去。
Physical education has played an active role in helping students develop good physical education literacy.However,at the current stage of colleges and university physical education.At present,there are two problems in carrying out school-enterprise cooperation mode in college physical education teaching:the function of organizational structure is not significant,the contract text is not comprehensive and the standardization is not good.It is necessary to develop the function of organization,standardize the responsibility scope of each department,establish an effective incentive system of"school-enterprise cooperation",improve the contract text,and increase the execution ability of colleges and universities to ensure that the school-enterprise cooperation model can last long and smoothly in physical education.
