摘要
高校体育课如何有效提高学生的身体素质,同时让学生更好地掌握体育技能,使学生课内外有效衔接,形成学生自主学习的能力是一个亟待解决的问题。混合式教学是最近出现的将"线上"与"线下"结合起来应用到教学中的一种新型模式。混合式教学班的身体素质指标和对照班存在着显著性的差异。这是由于复合式教学模式需要学生在课下对课上的学习内容事先练习,课后还要对课上的内容进行巩固深化,连续的负荷对机体的刺激使机体的能力不断提高。"线上""线下"复合式教学模式对学生课前和课后学习都提出了很高的要求,因此技能学习的主动性明显提高,锻炼的时间明显增长,这对运动技能的形成和学生自主性提高起到了积极的促进作用。
It is an urgent problem that how to effectively improve students’physical quality,let students better master sports skills,make students effectively connect in and out of class,and form students’independent learning ability.Compound teaching is a new model that combines"online"and"offline"into teaching recently.There exist significant differences in many physical heath indexes between control class and investigate class.The teaching mode of"online"and"offline"requires students spend more time on practicing before and after the class which gives the students constant stimulate and strong their bodies.The compound teaching mode of"online"and"offline"puts forward high requirements for students’learning before and after class,so the initiative of skill learning is obviously improved and the time of exercise is obviously increased,which plays a positive role in promoting the formation of motor skills and the improvement of students’autonomy.
