摘要
水导激光在光学加工领域具有重要应用。为了研究平抛运动水柱全反射导光,本文构建了自由平抛水导激光简化数学模型,根据斯涅尔定律计算了激光束在自由平抛运动水柱与空气界面上的全反射传播条件,采用数值方法模拟了激光束全反射光路。研究表明,激光束在直径为d的水柱中央沿水平方向入射,发生全反射的条件为水流初速度大于约3.6 d。
Water-jet guided laser processing is an important optical processing technology.In order to investigate the laser propagating in the water jet with horizontal projectile motion,a simplified mathematical model describing the water-jet guided laser beam is established.On the basis of Snell's law,the total reflection condition of the water-jet guided laser beam is calculated.The laser beam path is numerically simulated.The study shows that the total reflection condition is that the initial velocity of the water-jet is greater than 3.6√ d,where d is the diameter of the water-jet.
