摘要
目的:了解儿童肝移植患者口服片剂和胶囊剂分剂量使用情况,为促进儿童患者合理用药提供参考。方法:抽取2018年首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院(以下简称"我院")儿童肝移植患者口服片剂和胶囊剂的全部住院医嘱信息,分析不同药品不同剂量的使用频率,判断是否满足临床需求,并提出改进意见。结果:儿童肝移植患者常用分剂量口服片剂5种、胶囊剂3种。甲泼尼龙片、骨化三醇胶丸基本满足临床需求;建议将熊去氧胆酸片(50 mg)、双环醇片(25 mg)、复方磺胺甲唑片(磺胺甲唑0.1 g、甲氧苄啶20 mg)和伏立康唑片(50 mg)等品规引入我院;建议新增他克莫司(0.25 mg)、华法林钠片(0.5 mg)等品规。结论:我院现有口服片剂或胶囊剂最低剂量规格无法满足儿童肝移植患者的临床实际需求,建议增加适于儿童肝移植患者使用的新剂型或增加最小剂量规格的药品。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of divided dose of oral tablets and capsules in children with liver transplantation,so as to provide reference for promoting rational application of drugs.METHODS:Information of medical orders with oral tablets and capsules for children with liver transplantation in Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical University(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”)in 2018 was extracted.The frequency of different dosage of drugs was analyzed,the current specifications were judged according to the frequency,and the recommendations for improvement were raised.RESULTS:Five kinds of oral tablets and three kinds of capsules were commonly used in children with liver transplantation.Methylprednisolone tablets and Calcitriol capsules were in accordance with the actual clinical requirements.Ursodeoxycholic acid tablets(50 mg),Dicyclic alcohol tablets(25 mg),compound Sulfamethoxazole tablets(sulfamethoxazole 0.1 g,trimethoprim 20 mg)and Voriconazole tablets(50 mg)were recommended to introduceinto our hospital.Tacrolimus(0.25 mg),Warfarin sodium tablets(0.5 mg)were recommended to added.CONCLUSIONS:The existing specifications of oral tablets and capsules cannot fully meet the actual clinical needs of children with liver transplantation,it is recommended that new dosage forms or minimum dosage specifications be added for children with liver transplantation.
